This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of services at DollarHosts.com.com. By signing up and actively using the DollarHosts.com program you agree to all terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read these TOS carefully before you apply to become a member of DollarHosts.com.com. This TOS was last revised on April 1st, 2003.

BY COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU AGREE WITH ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TOS.

1. Service
DollarHosts.com.com is a Web Hosting Service Provider. We provides customers with the top quality Internet connectivity and service on our shared servers connected to the Internet. There are no age restrictions for DollarHosts.com. DollarHosts.com.com accepts customers of all ages from anywhere in the world. DollarHosts.com Web Hosting Services are available to both US and International customers and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

2. Registration
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You must complete to sign up only once the registration process by providing DollarHosts.com with current, complete, and accurate registration information as prompted by the registration form. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You place an order by going through our automatic online sign-up process. After the process you will receive a confirmation of your domain name, Username, Password, and the IP (supplied by us) within 24 hours. As soon as the confirmation is done, you will have the option to log into your server.

3. Usage Policy
Customers may only use DollarHosts.com services for lawful purposes. All transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal. Customer is solely responsible for determining the legality of their OWN data and action. DollarHosts.com is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of our service. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to DollarHosts.com servers. Links to such materials are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to adult sites (both legal/illegal), warez software, serialz, hacker archives, and MP3 files. Pyramid/Money-Making schemes (MMF, or Make Money Fast Scams) Such activities as the transfer of information or solicitation of persons via the Internet in in attempt to extort money or other valuables or the use of pyramid/chain letters are all illegal, and all prohibited. In short, DollarHosts.com hosting services may only be used for lawful activities.

4. Unsolicited Commercial Email(UCE)
Promoting website through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication from DollarHosts.com server or using an email address that is maintained by DollarHosts.com is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will qualify your site for immediate termination with no refund. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your accounts with DollarHosts.com and may result in legal prosecution. DollarHosts.com strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any customer caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. DollarHosts.com may charge up to $5 per spam mail sent.

5. Abuse Resources Or Server
Customers attempt to undermine or cause harm to any DollarHosts.com server or customer of DollarHosts.com is strictly prohibited. DollarHosts.com holds no responsibility for the use of our customers' accounts. Any account the abuses resources and actions are not taken to desist for immediate Suspension without any refund of payments made thus far. Any site using what we deem to be using excessive CPU cycles or any resources that cause strain to other sites.

Programs which put high loads on shared servers (CPU) are not allowed. The following scripts are banned from use on our servers and may not be uploaded or run.

Content must not consume more than 8Mb of memory space, more than 20 CPU seconds, or use more than 5% of all available system resources at any time.

6. Daily Backup Files
DollarHosts.com performs daily backup files in Online Control Panel (CPanel). Customers should not rely on DollarHosts.com to save data backups. ALL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE/ADVISED FOR SAVING THEIR OWN DAILY BACKUP FILES TO THEIR LOCAL DRIVES OR COMPUTER. DollarHosts.com is NOT responsible for lost data, income or any other resource due to hardware failure, faulty backups or non-existant backups. An easy-to-use instant backup facility is available in online control panel.

7. Billing
Customers agree to be billed monthly or yearly in advance. The contract takes effect on the date of receipt of first payment. The first payment is due on the signup date. The subsequent payments are due monthly, Quaterly or yearly billing cycles following the signup date. All hosting plans are automatically renewed at the end of your term, for the same length of the initial contract. Since we have your credit card or PayPal information for your account at all times as we automatically charge for renewals until your account is cancelled.

8. Cancellation
Account cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to our billing department before the next billing cycles.

9. Suspension and Termination
Accounts may be terminated by either customers or ollarHosts.com at any time without prior notice and without cause. However, DollarHosts.com will attempt to provide sufficient advance notice or reason whenever possible should termination be necessary. If customer has failed to comply with the TOS, DollarHosts.com may terminate service any time without penalty. You will be sent an email if your site is suspended. Reasons for suspending a site include:
* Violating our terms of service.
* You have a past due balance.
* Your credit card, PayPal, or e-Gold was declined or check was returned.
*** NOTE: Payments 1 days past due will be de-activated. Payments 10 days past due will be deleted from the server.
If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed the account in question will be automatically deactivated. It is the customer's responsibility to point their domain name and transfer their data to another hosting provider if accounts be terminated by either customers or DollarHosts.com.

10. Refund
Refunds are ONLY issued in the first 10 days after the signup date. If there are any processing fee occurence, we will deduct the amount of fee from your refund. After 10 days, you will not receive refunds if your accounts be terminated by either you or DollarHosts.com.

11. Modification Of Terms Of Service
This TOS is entered into by and between Kilo Ltd.(DollarHosts.com.com) that its principal place locates in Taiwan. DollarHosts.com.com may amend this TOS at any time by posting the amended terms on DollarHosts.com.com. All amended terms shall automatically be effective after they are initially posted on DollarHosts.com.com. DollarHosts.com.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to customers.
