Shared hosting, purchasing only part rather then the whole server, offers a cost effective solution
to managing your website. With a shared hosting account you will receive space on a server, connection
to the Internet, and software tools for you to build and maintain your web site.
Q. Can I upload my commercial web site?
Yes, you can upload your commercial web site.
Q. Can I upload my adult web site?
No,you cannot upload your pornography and sex-related merchandising web site on these servers. This
includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. We will be the sole
arbiter in determining violations of this provision. However, we have another adult server for you. If
you want to order an adult hosting account, you may contact us for more information.
Q. How long does it take to setup a new account?
Your new account will be created within 24 hours after you purchase a package. You will see your
account detail in the member area.
Q. Are there any setup fees?
We do not charge any setup fees in shared web hosting but we may charge setup fee on reseller package.

Q. Can I upgrade or downgrade my account at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your account at any time. Please contact us once you make the decision.
Q. What happens if my data transfer go over the limited?
You can upgrade your account when your usage are nearing the package limited or order extra services.
You will be charged extra fee.
Q. Do you support ASP?
These servers do not support ASP at this time.
Q. Can I resell my account or other resources?
No. You cannot resell your account or other resources. You are ONLY allowed to resell your resource
if you order reseller package.
Q. Can I upload mp3, rm, midi files?
You are only allowed to upload legal files or you have the copyright for these files.
Q. Can I protect parts of my site with passwords?
Yes, you have an option in your control panel from where you can password protect your directories.
