Q. How do I point my domain to your server?
You will need to point your domain to our own name servers. All you have to do is modify your domain name servers (DNS) from your original registrar. Please login member area and check your Primary Server & Secondary Server.

Q. Do I have my own IP address?
If you just order a normal package, you will not have your a dedicated IP address. You will be set up for shared hosting on one IP address with other customers. Generally unless you need a dedicated IP for an SSL Certificate or Anonymous FTP access you do not need a dedicated IP address. If you would like one for one of these needs, or something else, please contact us and we can issue you an dedicated IP address for a small fee.

Q. Can I have my own Name Servers?
Yes, you will need your own IP so you can setup your name servers. Contact us for you dedicated IP.

Q. How long does it take to transfer my domain name?
After you have submitted the DNS transfer request for your domain name, it will take up to 72 hours for the transfer process to be completed.

Q. Can I use the Control Panel to Manage Addon Domains?
Yes, it only cost you $10 per domain name. You may also order our reseller package. This is a standard feature with all our reseller plans.
