Q. How do I place an order?
You place an order by going through our automatic online sign-up process. After the process you will receive
a confirmation of your Username and Password. As soon as the confirmation is done, you will have the option
to log into your account.
Q. Which methods of payment are available?
We accept credit card payment via VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, as well
as online US checks. We also accept PayPal payment.
Q. Is there are no hidden fees?
Absolutely not! There are no hidden fees with DollarHosts. There are no more fees other then the
monthly fee. You are only limited to your resources. All possible fees are listed on our hosting
packages page.
Q. Can I change my billing method?
Yes, you can securely change your billing method before at the end of your term.
Q. How can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
To upgrade or downgrade your account. Please contact us for more information. After receiving your
payment, your account will be upgraded within 24 hours.
Q. When are refunds issued?
Refunds are ONLY issued in the first 10 days. For more information, please visit our Terms of Services.
Q. Why is my website suspended?
You will be sent an email if your site is suspended. Reasons for suspending a site include :
* Violating our Terms of Service.
* You have a past due balance.
* Your payment was declined or check was returned.
Q. Can I cancel my account and get refunds?
Refunds are ONLY issued in the first 30 days. After 30 days, you will not get refunds if you cancel
your account.
Q. How can I cancel my account?
To cancel your account. please contact us before 10 before 10 days of your next billing date.
Q. Who shall I contact regarding the billing?
Please note that you must contact with Billing Support to fix any billing problems. Technical Support or
others will not be able to help you.
